Youth Committee
The next meeting of the Lower Shore Workforce Development Board's sub-committee is scheduled for August 9, 2021, at 1 p.m. This meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting. The Lower Shore Workforce Alliance is a division of the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. The organization provides policy and oversight for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds and programs. WIOA services are primarily delivered at the Lower Shore American Job Center located at 31901 Tri-County Way in Salisbury, Maryland.


Steering Committee meetings are held at least quarterly. Upcoming meeting dates are subject to change. Meetings are held at the American Job Center in Salisbury MD from 1:30 to 3:30

  • August 25, 2021 -- Lower Shore American Job Center (3:00-4:30 pm) Hybrid
  • October 21, 2021
  • November 18, 2021
Workforce Development Board meetings are held quarterly; locations are throughout the tri-county area. Meetings begin promptly at 11:00 am. Upcoming dates are:
  • September 8, 2021 - Lower Shore American Job Center (Hybrid)
  • December 8, 2021 - TBD
  • March 9, 2022 - TBD
  • June 8, 2022 - TBD
