Forklift Certification

Important information:  

This is an application to take a free OSHA forklift certification class. You will be granted the certification at the end of the course. This is a single day class will be a span of four hours long. 

We will alert you about the location, time and date once your application has been received and accepted. We will reach out to the applicants through your selected preferred contact method. Please ensure that your contact information is correct. If you do not RSVP if you are selected for the class, you will not be allowed to attend the class. This class has limited seating so please submit your application as soon as possible.
